Swynnerton was built in the 1890s and originally housed the Rector of Cusop until he sold it in 1916. Swynnerton itself is laid out roughly as it was in Victorian times, decorated and furnished in a complementary style, with a few added refinements. It has sufficient room for you to cater for all your guests from its large kitchen and dining areas, plus a range of rooms in which to relax. The house has high ceilings and sash windows throughout, and most of the floors are stripped to their original woodwork and stone. It is a large house with lots of twists and turns which can be disorienting, exciting for games of hide and seek or who-dunnits. For those without the en suite bathroom, pace out the midnight trip to the loo beforehand.
